Fox & Hounds, Great Wolford

It is disappointing that the Planning Inspectorate has allowed the development on the Fox & Hounds Inn to proceed in the appeal decision, given the refusal by the Council back in June 2023. A claim for a Planning Statutory Review was served on all relevant parties by the Save the Fox and Hounds Campaign’s barrister in January, given the significant grounds to take this legal action. Half of the £20,000 legal fees has been received via GoFundMe - if you are able to support this Campaign, please see Save the Fox & Hounds Campaign for details.

Shakespeare Beer & Cider Festival 2025

Date for your diary - 2025 Beer & Cider Festival - June 6th / 7th

We had a great turn out on Tuesday 12th November for the inaugural feasibility 2025 Festival meeting.

We are happy to say that we have enough volunteers to move forwards, that said we are still keen to hear from anyone with a passion for marketing and design to help promote the festival and produce graphics material.
